Event Request

The Assembly Pittsburgh is first and foremost a dynamic workplace and laboratory environment. The scientists, researchers, and companies who operate here each day are the heart of our community, and supporting their work remains our highest priority.

We are happy to accommodate events that align with our mission and contribute positively to the building’s ecosystem. Because The Assembly is an active research facility, all events must be planned with careful consideration for ongoing operations, safety protocols, and the needs of our tenants.

Event hosts are expected to collaborate closely with building management to ensure that setups, schedules, and activities respect the operational requirements of the property. Event hosts also need to make note that some of the building’s conference rooms and spaces may not be available during their event because of ongoing tenant meetings and events. 

The management team reserves the right to approve, modify, or decline event plans as necessary to protect the integrity of the work taking place within the building.
